POSTER PRESENTATION

The organizing committee invites abstract submission for poster presentation for 1st South Asian Melioidosis Congress, 20th-22nd November, 2015.

 

Categories under which abstracts are to be submitted:

• Melioidosis

• Emerging tropical bacterial diseases

Note: Case reports, case series, retrospective study, prospective study, original article are acceptable.

Abstract Submission Closing Dates:

The abstract submission system will be closed on 15th October 2015 by 5.00 pm.

 

Abstract Format:

Title – The title of the abstract must be within  20 words.

Body – The body of the abstract should be a maximum of 350 words (excluding the title) of plain text without any diagrams, charts, footnotes or references. Abstracts must be structured as follows:

• Introduction

• Objectives

• Methods

• Results& Discussion

• Conclusions

 

Submission of Abstracts:

• Each presenting author should submit only ONE abstract.

• Abstract should be submitted after registration is confirmed.

• Abstracts should be submitted at imrfmanipal@gmail.com

• Acceptance of abstract will be acknowledged by e-mail to the presenting author.

 

Guidelines for poster presentation:

• Poster layout:  strictly in portrait layout.

• Size of the poster:  3 ft width and 4 ft height.

• Poster board and board pins will be provided.
